| TASTING | The colour is golden yellow, clear and brilliant. A very intense nose of flowers and fruit. The principal aromas are violet, peach and apricot. On the palate, they are expressed with a great deal of smoothness and richness, and the same character has very good length. |
| TO DRINK WITH | Aperitif, foie gras, mushrooms, grilled fish. |
| DRINK BY | From 1 to 5 years. Serve at a temperature of about 12°C. |
